Life Begins

Caroline Quentin brilliantly plays a housewife (Maggie) with two children whose husband decides to dump her for a younger woman, leaving her to bring up the children and forcing her to find a job to make ends meet, hence the "life beginning" part of it. Her husband (Phil) then splits up with his new girlfriend and loses his job, while Maggie meets a new man and makes new friends at work. Now that she is no longer available, Phil wants her back...
