Patricia Routledge has never been better than in the role of the terribly snobby Mrs. Bucket (pronounced 'Bouquet'!) who goes to any length to maintain the impression that she is of a higher social standing than is actually the case. With her long-suffering husband Richard (Clive Swift) in tow (and her terrible family safely hidden from view) it's never too long before she finds herself in yet another farcical situation.
